Help

MCM contains a full navigable help system with hot links from topic to sub topic.  Every field on every form is addressed in the help system to give a complete picture of how to use MCM.

The Technical Support selection contains a direct phone number to a Technical Support person.  Although web support will be built into the MCM web site, we believe that nothing can replace the comfort of talking to a person when you need help.

The Mail Center Introduction is a set of audio / video presentations that cover the estimating process, and the accounting system step by step.  This tutorial requires a sound card and speakers.  The audio / video presentations give a quick introduction into the operations of the program and are used in conjunction with the main Help files and the user manual.
